Provide on-site formal service training and instruction in repair and maintenance of products. Resolve problems relating to parts, service, and warranty including stocking levels and service parts.Provide technical service and advice to customers.Establish and provide training and service programs for dealers.

Must have knowledge and experience with hydraulic, engine and electronic controls. Travel 70% of the time and mostly in a 200-mile radius. The primary territory covered is Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, and Lousiana.

Strong training responsibilities and must have a proven record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications and Skills

Degree in Business or Technical field. Experience in mobile equipment, service, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting.
