Apply Now for Immediate Consideration. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS: * Manage quality on multiple projects and provide implementation of early project deliverables, plans, and staff resources * Set expectations for quality activities and perform evaluations through project-wide assessments and determine process improvements * Confirm that activities meet the overall Quality processes and operations integrity goals and objectives by stewardship, assessment and leadership TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manages multiple projects aligned with geographic or project areas * Develops early project deliverables/plans * Provides project with subject matter expertise for required needs * Participates in criticality assessment and provides full quality criticality overview (pre-Front End Engineering Design to Start-up) * Sets expectations linput to staffing plan; provides Quality Management (QM) execution processes and supporting tools and early project deliverables * Ensures implementation and verification of Quality processes * Defines Quality Assurance and Quality Control expectations * Performs project-wide assessments * Analyzes data and determines root causes * Networks on a routine basis with other Regional Advisors * Provides resources to participate on and provide support to Project Management Teams (PMT) * Independently evaluates Functions, PMT and Engineering, Procurement, and
Construction
(EPC) Contractors on their respective processes and their implementation * Verifies that projects are being completed in accordance with agreed standards * Provides feedback to Quality Systems Manager on effectiveness of the Project Quality Management Process * Verifies Project Quality Processes * Identifies need for process improvement QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor or Associates degree in Engineering or Science preferred or equivalent experience in the Oil & Gas industry in Quality Management of Engineering,
Construction
and Commissioning projects including Quality Assurance Management, Quality Control, Systems Completions coordination, Commissioning and Start-up activities * Worldwide experience with contractors, in particular those involved in the
construction
