Needed To Fill Direct-Hire Full-Time Employment Positions With
A Major Oil & Gas Operating Company In Their Upstream Oil & Gas & LNG Development Company
For Major Capital Projects Facilities Construction Support Internationally Never a Charge to Candidates
LOCATION: Houston, TX
ESTIMATED SALARY RANGE: $120,000 - $190,000 Depending On Experience / Seniority
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Includes standard construction disciplines as well as safety, quality, and logistics, infrastructure, and early works
* Represent Construction function in concept screening and early project planning efforts
* Coordinate construction-related activities during project execution phases
* Participate/support/lead discrete tasks to improve Construction systems and tools (as requested)
TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide and coordinate functional input to concept screening and early project planning deliverables
* Act as a Construction resource to various project coordinators or task teams
* Participate in the Construction recruiting program
* Provide mentorship to new hires or transfers into the Construction Organization
* Establish, own, and implement a personal program for developing core competency in specific area of Construction planning and execution
* Coordinate planning/execution activities aligned with project objectives
* Champion/share best practices and current Construction systems/tools with early project planning teams
* Confirm balanced and consistent application of Construction systems/tools across project in which involved
* Provide accurate and timely reports as needed to Construction management on project planning and execution coordination activities
REQUIREMENTS:
* BS or MS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
* High level of construction knowledge, skill, and experience
