Construction Manager
Integrity Builders & Supply Inc. is growing and is currently seeking a high energy and highly motivated experienced Construction Manager for Iowa and Western Illinois to fill a position based out of Burlington, IA.
As our Construction Manager you will oversee complete construction of multiple job sites, facilitating excavation, concrete, building erection, plumbing, electrical, and equipment install. Controlling everything from project safety, budgets, schedules of sub-contractors, and all in bound deliveries.
Qualified candidates will have experience and proven skills related to the construction industry, with outstanding time management skills, computer skills, mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting.
Daytime and overnight travel is required with some on call nights & weekends.
The ability to safely drive with a valid driver's license, and meet our insurance carrier's requirements is required.
