Mr. O’s Cabinet Shop was founded when Fred Olivieri Construction needed to deliver and install a remodeling package within a one-week time frame.
The project was successful, and today Mr. O's Cabinet Shop comprises 25,000 square feet and employs 28 mill workers, craftsmen and carpenters.
Recent projects have included custom cabinets and cases for Sterling, an Akron-based jewelry company that operates Kay Jewelers, JB Robinson and other mall-based stores.
“Mr. O's Cabinet Shop enables us to provide our clients with a woodworking shop which can design, fabricate and install custom woodworking within the time and cost constraints of each individual job,” notes Fred Olivieri.
The company got its name when its first four cabinet makers began referring to the boss as “Mr. O.”
